My payment went through but I see no order

Confirmation can take a minute. Check Payments and Orders. If it still isn't there, contact us with your payment reference (it starts with TSH-).

Where is my download?

Open your Library. Downloads can be repeated at any time.

How does delivery work?

You see the delivery price before you pay. The seller packs your order and delivers it, marking each step as it goes, so you can follow it from the order page.

Can I get a refund?

Digital products cannot be refunded once you have opened or downloaded them, unless the file is broken, is not what the listing described, you were charged twice, or the payment was made without your permission. Memberships have their own rules. Read the full Refund and Dispute Policy, then contact us with your order number.
