How Mosana works

For customers

1. Browse profiles, or explore books, courses, videos and goods.
2. Add what you want to your cart. You can buy from up to three profiles in one payment.
3. For goods, choose where they should be delivered. You see the delivery price before you pay.
4. Pay with M-Pesa or card. A small service fee is added to physical orders and shown before you pay; digital products carry no extra fee.
5. Open books, downloads, courses and videos from your library; follow physical orders from your account.

For sellers

1. Make your business profile: a name, what you make, and where you are.
2. Add how you are paid, by M-Pesa or bank. We check it before your profile goes live.
3. Publish: a book, a course, a video, a product. Each has its own short steps.
4. Each sale is divided the moment it is paid: 94% to you, 6% to Mosana. More about selling.
